Delle Sentenced on Possession Charges

AJ TaylorJanuary 12, 2021Last Updated: February 28, 2021 Jillian Delle of Northwood, pled guilty to with “Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance – Third Offense (Marijuana),” an aggravated misdemeanor, stemming from an investigation by the Forest City Police Department on July 12, 2020.  Delle was sentenced to 365 days in the Winnebago County Jail, with all but 7 days suspended, and ordered to pay a 625.00 fine, applicable surcharges, and costs. The fine was suspended. Delle was placed on probation for a period of 2 years to the Department of Correctional Services.  Delle was ordered to obtain a substance abuse evaluation and follow through with all treatment recommendations. Crayton Pleads Guilty to Possession

AJ TaylorDecember 18, 2020Last Updated: February 28, 2021 Jamaar Crayton of Denver, CO, pled guilty to Count 1 “Possession of a Controlled Substance (Psilocybin) with Intent to Deliver,” a class C felony, and Count 2 “Possession of a Schedule I Controlled Substance (Marijuana) with Intent to Deliver,” a class D felony, stemming from a traffic stop by the Forest City Police Department on January 14, 2020.  Crayton is scheduled to be sentenced on February 9, 2021. Crayton also pled guilty to Count 1 “Possession of a Schedule I Controlled Substance (Marijuana) with Intent to Deliver,” a class D felony, stemming from an investigation by the Forest City Police Department on April 9, 2020.  Crayton is scheduled to be sentenced on February 9, 2021.

Reynolds Sentenced on Possession Charges

AJ TaylorDecember 17, 2020Last Updated: February 28, 2021 Kyante Reynolds of Forest City, was sentenced on the charge of “Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine),” stemming from a traffic stop by the Forest City Police Department on December 20, 2019.  Reynolds was granted a deferred judgement and ordered to pay a $315.00 civil penalty, applicable surcharges, and court costs.
