While counties in the panhandle report clear driving conditions, other counties in western and southwestern Oklahoma are snow-packed and slick, according to a news release.Slushy and snow-covered highways are reported in central Oklahoma as well as in the northeastern part of the state, mainly at the Oklahoma-Kansas line.
