⢠Devin Hooks, 29, 1427 Tallokas Road, was charged on July 9 with driving while license suspended or revoked.Â
⢠Jessica Marie Luckey, 30, 1163 Hall Road, was charged on July 16 with failure to appear.
⢠Dunia Chacon, 32, 5304 Highway 37 East, was charged on July 15 with driving without a valid license.Â
Incidents
⢠Deputies were dispatched on July 14 at 3:35 p.m. to the 1900 block of Sylvester Highway in reference to a stolen car battery. The complainant stated that an unknown offender had, sometime in the past three days, stolen a car battery from their 2003 Cadillac DeVille DTS. The Diehard batter was valued at $200. Investigators were notified.Â

MOULTRIE, Ga. â A man affiliated with a criminal street gang known as the âKiller Kracker Pride,â was indicted by the Colquitt County Grand Jury in three separate cases and accused by the District Attorneyâs Office in another.
Tyler James Weeks of Moultrie both individually and with co-conspirators faces multiple charges in the four separate cases. Each case has been brought forth in a joint effort by both the Colquitt County Sheriffâs Office and the Moultrie Police Department, according to court documents.Â
Information was not readily available on all cases from the primary investigators, which includes Investigator George Newton of the MPD, Investigator Channing McDowell of the CCSO Drug Enforcement Team, Justin Searcy also of the CCSO DET and Investigator Kat Johnson of the Colquitt County Criminal Investigation Division.Â
Arrests
⢠Christina Hornbeck, 67, was charged July 9 with willful obstruction of law enforcement officers and public drunkenness.Â
⢠Marcus Edward Blakely, 41, 224 Second St. S.W., was charged July 8 with three counts of probation violation.
⢠Larry James Pettyjohn Jr., 42, 421 Merritt Road, Hartsfield, was charged July 9 with criminal trespass and disorderly conduct.
⢠Derek Taft Johnson, 42, 2671 Old Berlin Road, was charged July 8 with 10 counts of fourth degree forgery, bail jumping and trespassing.Â
⢠Victoria Legacy Tucker, 22, 1406 South Blvd., was charged July 9 with D.U.I.
⢠Bennie Jerrod Thomas, 37, 509 Hillcrest Ave., was charged July 9 with aggravated battery.
⢠Neissel Candel Carmentes, 22, 914 Seventh Ave., was charged July 10 with probation violation.

MOULTRIE, Ga. â A shooting during a July 4 party wounded one man, but investigators are struggling to identify a suspect.
Antion Perez Lopez was shot in the left elbow while attending a July Fourth party on Overlook Drive, according to Colquitt County Sheriffâs Office Investigator Austin Cannon.Â
A friend took Lopez to Colquitt Regional Medical Center, where a deputy met up with him in the emergency room, according to the Colquitt County Sheriffâs Office incident report.
Cannon said neither Lopez nor his friend could identify who shot him but they said the shots came from a white truck.

MOULTRIE, Ga. â Two individuals were treated for injuries after a single vehicle accident struck a home on Funston Sale City Road.
Driver Zeqarius Enrigue Davis and passenger Skylar Montana Loften were traveling east on Funston Sale City Road, when a verbal argument began between the two, according to the Colquitt County Sheriffâs Office accident report.Â
The report said that Davis told the officer the argument escalated when Lofton âgrabbed the wheel causing him to lose control.â The vehicle left the roadway on the left hand side before striking a ditch and coming to a final rest âafter striking a residence.â
