ARRESTS A 34-year-old man was arrested at 8:22 p.m. Sunday, May 16, for driving while intoxicated with a controlled substance following a report of a theft in progress at Menards, 15236 Dellwood Drive.
A 29-year-old man was arrested at 1:18 a.m. May 16, for DWI with a controlled substance after a report of a man passed out in a vehicle for 40 minutes on the 1200 block of South Sixth Street, Brainerd. Baxter assisted Brainerd police as they were busy on another call.
A 41-year-old man was arrested at 11:48 p.m. Saturday for fourth-degree DWI and other charges during an agency assist on 10th Avenue Northeast and Highway 210, Brainerd.

ARRESTS A 35-year-old man was arrested at 4:50 p.m. Sunday, April 25, following a physical assault between a mother and son on the 6200 block of Highland Scenic Road.
A 35-year-old man was arrested at 1:15 a.m. April 23 for driving while intoxicated with a controlled substance during a traffic stop at Highway 371 and Excelsior Road.
SUSPICIOUS Report at 2:54 p.m. Sunday of a male hanging around all day at Cub Foods, 14113 Edgewood Drive, and making staff feel uncomfortable. Officer made contact and the male was homeless. The officer helped him arrange emergency shelter through The Salvation Army.
