Coffey Anderson and his family star in Country Ever After on Netflix.
The Netflix series “Country Ever After” breaks a lot of the rules that fans of reality TV and even the rules many fiction shows usually live by. And it looks and feels like the real, changing and diverse Texas.
It’s the story of Coffey Anderson and his family. He’s a Bangs, Texas, native, and a proudly independent country music artist. Anderson, who is Black, is married to a successful hip-hop dancer named Criscilla Anderson. She’s white, and they’re the parents of three kids. “Country Ever After” is about their family, and about the role their religious faith plays in their lives.
In addition to pursuing his country career, Coffey Anderson also co-stars with his family in the Netflix show
Country Ever After, which debuted in September of 2020. But the Anderson household also weathered more than their share of ups and downs, as the singer and his wife, Criscilla, got the news that she had Stage 4 colon cancer in May of 2019.

People, Criscilla was first diagnosed with the disease in 2018, but it wasn t until the following year after surgery, remission and then recurrence that the couple was told that her cancer was Stage 4, and though it was treatable, it was not curable. In October of 2020, just a month after

California District 1 Congressman Doug LaMalfa, saw his lead increase in the election after California certified its 2020 General Election results. As the last votes were finally counted, Doug won with a 57 percent over his Democrat opponent Audrey Denney. He faced a well-funded Denney, who outspent Doug by $1.5 million. Our congressman commented about the relentless attack ads and false accusations and was grateful the “voters were able to see through it all and rallied around the common sense message of limited government, individual freedom and rebuilding the North State. I’m grateful for the continued confidence and support,” he said.
