Cyclone-triggered rains on islands in southeast Indonesia and East Timor
have caused flooding and landslides that have killed more than 110 people, officials said, as the search was on for many others who are missing.
Category 2 Seroja raked the area as the storm tracked on a course for Western Australia, dumping heavy rain on the islands and triggering mudslides that buried homes and people.

JERUSALEM Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu accused the state prosecution of a coup attempt aimed at toppling him from office, as his corruption trial resumed Monday weeks after national elections ended with no clear winner and as political parties held negotiations to determine whether Netanyahu would remain in office.
The uncertain future of Israel s longest-serving prime minister added to the day s drama, as Netanyahu sat silently in a Jerusalem courtroom with his arms folded while state prosecutor Liat Ben-Ari delivered her opening argument following months of preliminary hearings. Netanyahu faces a possible prison sentence if found guilty of bribery and fraud charges.

Georgia Governor Brian Kemp lashed out at Major League Baseball for its decision to take both the All-Star Game and its draft out of the state this year, in response to Georgia s new voting law.
MLB Commissioner Rob Manfred had said that relocating those events was the best way to demonstrate our values and oppose restrictions on voting. But in a press conference on Saturday, Kemp characterized the MLB s move as one based on fear and lies from liberal activists.
Rapper DMX On Life Support Following Heart Attack

DMX is in the hospital on life support after suffering a heart attack. The rapper s lawyer, Murray Richman told The Associated Press Saturday evening that DMX was admitted at New York s White Plains Hospital and that he s quite ill.
Murray did not confirm reports that the 50-year-old rapper and actor had overdosed on drugs. He did not say what caused the heart attack.
