This enrollment period is available to anyone who is currently without health insurance.
Hilltopâs Health Access is available to assist the public in navigating the online process by comparing coverage options side-by-side, determining if they qualify for a discount based on their income, enrollment assistance.
Hilltopâs Health Access can also help assure individuals are paying the lowest possible amount.

Mesa County Libraries will present virtual Write-A-Will seminars at 10 a.m. Monday, March 1 and at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday,
March 10.
Seminars will be presented via Zoom and pre-registration is required by calling 243-4442 or online at the Event Calendar at mesacountylibraries.org.
Library Services adapt during COVID pandemic

SIDNEY Shelby County Libraries faced many challenges, along with the rest of the state of Ohio during the 2020 pandemic. The Stay at Home order in March had many patrons reaching out to get new library cards, or renew current library cards.
“The staff worked diligently to make sure each request was answered. Those with library cards were able to access a variety of materials and resources such as ebooks, emagazines, audio books, movies and music. At each of our six library locations the wifi was able to be accessed from the parking lots for those who needed to work or learn electronically,” said Suzanne Cline, executive director.
Whitman County Libraries announced Wednesday that they will return to in-person service next Monday.
State guidelines for libraries allow people to enter the building for regions in Phase 1, although they are required to follow specific guidelines.
Patrons must wear a mask at all times, minimize foot traffic, and sanitize regularly. Browsing will be limited to 15 minutes and computer use is limited to 30 minutes.
Whitman County Libraries will continue to provide contactless services like curbside pick-up, staff browsing, and access to online resources and eBooks. Laptops, hotspots, and webcams are also available for checkout to use outside the library.
Colfax Library hours for in-person and curbside services will be Monday-Wednesday from 10 a.m.-5 p.m., Thursday-Friday from 10 a.m.-6 p.m., and Saturday from 1-5 p.m. All other library branch locations will continue their regular open hours.

Mesa County Libraries recently published the 2020 Annual Report. I believe you ll find the numbers impressive. Keep in mind the MCPL closed their buildings twice during 2020. Even though the buildings could not be accessed, library patrons still made use of services. In some cases, library stats are up.
