Ohioans love their Bourbon: The state’s weeklong liquor lottery drew almost 100,000 entrants hoping to earn the right to a buy a special, limited bottle.

CLEVELAND, Ohio – Nearly 100,000 Ohioans entered to win a chance to buy special Bourbon allotted to the state.
The Ohio Department of Commerce Division of Liquor Control says 99,836 entries were submitted for the lottery, which was open Dec. 7-14. Winners are being verified and will be notified via email in January.
The chosen sippers are not receiving free bottles; rather, they have the right to buy a bottle ranging from $70 to $300. The limited Bourbon – fewer than 900 bottles - is doled out to state-licensed liquor agencies throughout Ohio. Bottles that will be offered:
