Meetings ¯ The Operations Committee of the Warren Local Board of Education will meet at 4 p.m. Tuesday. The regular Board meeting will follow at 5 p.m. and begin with a working session to review and discuss the operational and capital budget items for the upcoming fiscal year. The regular monthly business meeting of the Board will begin at 6 p.m. All meetings will be held at the Warren Administration Office, 220 Sweetapple Road, Vincent. ¯ Reno Water and Sewer District will hold its regularly scheduled meeting at 6 p.m. Tuesday in the Reno Water office building, 170 Mount Tom Road. Public is welcome. Safe distancing will be practiced and masks are requested because of COVID-19.

The leak occurred on CR P at SR 65 at approximately midnight on Wednesday.

Issue with health department continues for WA resident The trailer park in Glenwood was torn down in January. Submitted by Jerry Wick Submitted by Jerry Wick EATON Preble County resident Jerry Wick spoke to commissioners during their meeting held Monday, Feb. 1, providing more information regarding his ongoing sewage debate surrounding the Glenwood area also known as Sewer District 6. According to Wick, the trailer park located there has been demolished and the debris has been hauled away. He also shared photos of the area taken over a course of two weeks, and an email he had received from the Preble County Health District denying a public records request he had made for copies of sewer complaints, as well as Wick’s response to the denial questioning, “who was the Preble County Health Department protecting when it comes to the trailer park, Sewer District 6 and sewage plants in the county.”
