WEST TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) The Ouabache Land Conservancy is seeking volunteers to participate in a Weed Wrangle at Jackson-Schnyder Nature Preserve Saturday from 10 a.m.-noon.
The Weed Wrangle’s target will be invasive garlic mustard, which volunteers will pull from the ground. Dress for working in the woods.
Those who can’t make it Saturday can visit Vigo Invasives Management, which will have instructions on how to help through the following week, April 26-May 2. A trash bin and bags will be provided on site at 1121 W Concannon Ave., West Terre Haute. Parking is roadside. There are no facilities onsite.
