ATLANTA One of the most popular and controversial law enforcement officials in Georgia is out of jail, on a $50,000 bond after being arrested and charged with committing crimes against suspected criminals.
In a social media post Tuesday he called the indictment nothing more than a politically-motivated case.
A federal grand jury in Atlanta is accusing Hill of violating the civil rights of four inmates at the Clayton County Jail in 2020, by restraining each of them in a chair for hours at a time, causing pain and injury simply as punishment, not because the inmates were posing a danger to anyone.

All ninth grade students at Moorhead High School will go into a quarantine starting Wednesday, April 28, after several COVID-19 cases at that grade level.
In a letter to staff and parents, principal Dave Lawrence said there were seven positive cases and about 160 students already in quarantine.
Teachers will be reaching out to the 520 freshmen students with specific class details for distance learning for the next few days.

MOORHEAD, Minn. (FOX 9) - A 22-year-old man was arrested in connection to vandalism at a mosque in Moorhead, Minnesota over the weekend.
According to the Moorhead police department, a Moorhead man was arrested Tuesday night in connection to the crime.
On April 25, officers took a report from members of the Moorhead Fargo Islamic Center Mosque who arrived early in the morning to find several hate-based messages spray-painted on the building s exterior.
