Loyalsock Township man accused in theft
Joshua Lewis, 20, of 1414 Elwood Road, has been charged with theft, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after he was caught allegedly with a stolen bicycle in the 100 block of Maynard Street about 8:15 p.m. on May 25, city police said.
The bike had been taken from the 100 block of West Church Street, police said. Lewis had a bag of marijuana on him, police added. The identity of the bicycle owner was not listed in court papers. Following his recent arraignment before District Judge Christian Frey, he was jailed in lieu of $5,000 bail.
