Seal Beach, Coastal Cities Cite 445 Noisy Drivers On Sunday - Los Alamitos-Seal Beach, CA - Seal Beach & Newport Beach Police shared the results of their recent noise pollution patrols from over the weekend.
According to the DMV, the vehicles are designed to be driven on roads with speed limits of 45 miles per hour or less, in clear weather and light precipitation.
