Sadbhav Infrastructure Project Limited (SIPL or Company) has executed certain Debenture Trust Deeds with the trustee in relation to certain debentures, being Catalyst Trusteeship Limited on 9th February, 2021 to raise upto Rs.700,00,00,000/- (Rupees Seven Hundred Crores only) in various tranches / series on a private placement basis, the details of which are as under:
1. Issuance of up to 5,001 (Five Thousand and One) secured, unrated, unlisted, redeemable, nonconvertible debentures by the Company having face value of ₹10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs Only) each, aggregating to ₹500,10,00,000/- (Rupees Five Hundred Crores and Ten Lakhs Only) on a private placement basis in one or more tranches. ( Series A Debentures ).

Adani Enterprises on Wednesday reported a 10.39 per cent fall in its consolidated profit to Rs 343.17 crore for the third quarter ended December 2020.
The Gautam Adani-led company had clocked a consolidated profit of Rs 382.98 crore in the corresponding quarter a year ago, it said in a regulatory filing.

Adani Enterprises Limited (AEL) had won the multi-crore highway project from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) on January 12. The project granted under the Hybrid Annuity Model (HAM) is part of the Bharatmala Pariyojana of the Centre. The contract for the purpose will be signed within a month.
NHAI project director Nirmal Manohar Zade said the government had mostly acquired the required land for widening the highway. The Centre had deposited the compensation package of ₹663 crore under the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act to property owners whose land had been acquired for the project.

Kendrapara: The state government’s bid to draw fresh water from the Kharasrota river at Barundiha under Rajkanika block in this district for a mega drinking water project in Bhadrak district might lead to delisting of Bhitarkanika wildlife sanctuary from the list of the major world wetlands in Ramsar site, a report said.
Notably, the Bhitarkanika mangroves forest was designated as a Ramsar Wetland of International Importance in 2002. The Ramsar Convention on Wetlands of International Importance is an international treaty for the conservation and sustainable use of wetlands. It’s named after the city of Ramsar in Iran where the convention was signed in 1971.
