Jim McDonell, the MPP for Stormont Dundas South Glengarry, was removed from an SDG committee on Monday.
A key information report was presented to the SDG council during a regular meeting, which outlined the current progress and way forward for a local education advocacy committee. The committee is tasked with recommending changes to the education system, which will support educating local students as close to their home communities as possible.
