• Kyle A. Price, 48, of Carrollton was booked into Greene County Jail at 10:43 a.m. Friday on a charge of violating a stalking or no-contact order.
• Bethany N. Vahle, 41, residence unknown, was booked into Greene County Jail at 10:01 p.m. Feb. 9 on a Greene County arrest warrant accusing her of residential burglary.
• Tasha C. Peters, 32, of Wrights was booked into Greene County Jail at 4:09 a.m. Feb. 2 on a disorderly conduct charge and on a Jersey County warrant accusing her of failing to appear in court.

• Brook A. Reno, 39, of 123 Douglas St., White Hall, was arrested at 2:23 p.m. Tuesday on a retail theft charge.
• Raina D. Tarver, 37, homeless, was arrested at 7:09 p.m. Monday in the 200 block of West College Avenue on charges of possession of a controlled substance, illegal possession or transportation of liquor by a driver, driving while license is revoked or suspended, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and having an obstructed windshield.

• A credit card was stolen from a residence in the 200 block of Howe Street, according to a report filed at 11:09 a.m. Tuesday.

A second set of arrests have been made in connection to a theft ring in southwestern Greene County last week. The Greene Prairie Press reports that part-time Carrollton Police Officer Jesse Faul was patrolling near the Carrollton Pool on Friday, January 22nd at approximately 2:30AM when he saw suspicious activity from two vehicles around the park by the pool. Two subjects abandoned an alleged stolen jeep in the middle of the road and fled in a nearby parked white sedan.
According to police reports, Faul pursued the vehicle into Jersey County. Faul had radioed ahead to Jersey County Sheriff’s Deputies about the pursuit. Jersey County Sheriff’s Deputies had placed stop sticks near the north end of Jerseyville to help conclude the pursuit.
