Harrisburg man used friend’s credit cards at local mall after causing his fatal overdose: police
Updated Dec 22, 2020;
A Harrisburg man sold his friend fentanyl and heroin that caused him to overdose and die in the backseat of his car last year in York County, police said in court documents charging the man with third-degree murder.
In addition to selling 34-year-old Zack Savage the drugs that killed him, Carroll Township police say Jerrod A. Scott, also 34, stole Savage’s bank card after his death and nearly $200.
June 28, 2019 the last full day of Savage’s life began with a trip to Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center to pick up Scott so he and another friend could buy heroin from him, according to an affidavit of probable cause.
