The wife of a missing camper who disappeared with his lover over a year ago has little hope of ever seeing her husband again, though she would like the opportunity to confront him over his long-term affair.
Russell Hill, 74, and Carol Clay, 73, vanished while camping in the Wonnangatta Valley in the Victorian Alps on March 20 last year.
The pair, who had been carrying on a secret affair for years, had not been seen since their burnt-out campsite was discovered more than a year ago.
