Tech firm donates vital laptops to three Dorset Lulworth & Winfrith Primary pupils

THREE primary school pupils have received laptops to help with their home schooling thanks to the support of a Dorset business. Wessex Internet, a Blandford based internet provider, donated the equipment to help students continuing learning at home while schools are shut. The three Key Stage 2 pupils to have benefited from the donation study at Lulworth & Winfrith Primary School, in School Lane, Wareham. Headteacher Richard Skinner said: “No sooner had the government announced that we were to close due the national lockdown, we received a call from Wessex Internet with their offer of help. They recently connected both our school sites to full-fibre broadband.
