The two longest-serving members of the Dallas ISD board of trustees, Edwin Flores and Dan Micciche, are unopposed in May’s elections and will serve three more years.
But that doesn’t guarantee that the board of the state’s second-largest school district facing the challenge of bringing students back from a disjointed and difficult period of learning during COVID-19 will remain static for the upcoming year.
