Brantham Stour View houses opening for viewings | Harwich and Manningtree Standard

Taylor Wimpey East Anglia said its Stour View site, in Brantham, will open on Sunday. The build consists of houses ranging from two to five bedrooms at the site in Brooklands Road. The firm announced it is proving “incredibly popular,” with more than half of the properties which were made available during the pre-launch event at the start of the month having now been reserved. On May 30 and 31, customers will be able to hear all about the first full collection of homes to be released at Stour View. Caroline Carter, sales and marketing director for the company, said: “There’s so much to see and do in Brantham, it’s easy to see why we have already received a huge amount of interest.”

Humane Society of North Central Arkansas receives $5K grant

Humane Society of North Central Arkansas receives $5K grant HUMANE SOCIETY OF NORTH CENTRAL ARKANSAS The Humane Society of North Central Arkansas of Baxter County was awarded a $5,000 grant from the Arkansas Animal Rescue Foundation to support its efforts of helping spay/neuter the personal pets of low-income community members. The investment will help community animals receive spay/neuter vouchers. The investment will also help to reduce the number of pets being born in the area. “This grant is very important to the pets in the community,” said Carolyn Carter, shelter manager at the Humane Society of North Central Arkansas. “The support of the Arkansas Animal Rescue Foundation allows the Humane Society to continue their life-saving work of making a difference in the lives of the animals and preventing unwanted, unintended litters from being born.”
