1. Vancouver detached home: 3148 East 47th Ave.
Yes, it exists. There is a detached home for sale in Vancouver for less than $1 million. One hundred dollars less, with an asking price of $999,900.
Surprisingly, this property has a real house on it (small at 832 square feet) and is on a true-sized lot (33 feet wide and 103 feet deep). The neighbourhood, Killarney, is a hold out for relatively good value in the Vancouver market, with several detached homes selling for between $1 million and $1.5 million over the past six months. This house at 3148 East 47th Avenue in Vancouver is listed for $999,900.
This property doesn’t have a back lane, which reduces its value, but offers more privacy and security.

I received my Pfizer vaccination at the Italian Cultural Centre. I was considerably impressed with the friendliness, professionalism, and efficiency of inoculating over 1,000 people that day. There was a wonderful atmosphere of community and it was great to see numerous Rogers Arena employees working the administrative details proudly in their Vancouver Canucks shirts.
There is so much negative feedback circulating about the rollout that I want to express how I view it so differently. VANCOUVER With beautiful weather comes beach days in Vancouver and Kitsilano Beach was a hotspot this weekend, with people taking soaking up the sun on the first hot days of the year. However, not all beachgoers followed the provincial health officer s orders around gatherings. Video circulating online of what appeared to be a Friday night dance party at Kits Beach caused quite the stir on social media. Dozens of people appear to be dancing close together, with few of them wearing masks. Current provincial restrictions limit outdoor gatherings to 10 people, and physical distancing is required. CTV News visited the beach on Saturday and while some people were wearing masks and keeping their distance, many more were not. It was a similar situation at English Bay.
