DMK Chief MK Stalin will take the oath as the Chief Minister of the state on Friday and he announced the list of 33 ministers of his new cabinet. MK Stalin announced the list of Ministers along with their portfolios today. Governor Banwarilal Purohit approved all the recommendations of Stalin. Here are the list of Ministers:

Ahead of the formation of the new government in Tamil Nadu after the results of the assembly elections, Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) chief MK Stalin has released the list of ministerial candidates and the portfolios that are allotted. Amid the COVID-19 situation, Mr Stalin has handed over the health department responsibility to MA Subramanian making him the Health Minister of the state.
M.K Stalin shall be taking the oath as the Chief Minister on May 7th. The event will take place at Raj Bhawan and is scheduled to begin at 9 am. The cabinet members will also be taking oath on the same day. M.K Stalin has mentioned that the swearing ceremony will be a small affair and very simple even considering the covid crisis in the state.

Lucknow, April 17 : The coronavirus pandemic is spreading rapidly in Uttar Pradesh with more than 5,000 new cases being reported every day. Sugarcane Development Minister Suresh Rana and Additional Chief Secretary of the Information Department, Navneet Sehgal, have also tested positive for Covid-19. Lucknow District Magistrate Abhishek Prakash has also been infected with the virus.
Cabinet Minister Suresh Rana wrote, After initial symptoms of Covid-19, I got myself tested for the virus. My Covid test report has come positive. I have been in home quarantine ever since. I have a humble request to all the people who came in contact with me in the past few days, to get themselves tested, too.
