According to an official press release on Thursday, the Biden-Harris Administration put in place its Statutory Cabinet faster than any other Administration since President
Ronald Reagan. Biden also shared he will nominate 233 individuals to serve in Senate-confirmed leadership roles across the Executive Branch the most of any past administration announced by the 100-day mark.

Since Floyd died under the knee of former police officer Chauvin on May 25, more than 80 companies in the S&P 100 have promised to improve hiring for Black and other minority workers. Almost half have goals for improving representation in management, according to data collected by Bloomberg. Twenty two S&P 100 companies have joined the OneTen Coalition, a pledge to add 1 million middle-income jobs for Black workers in a decade.
Biden’s presidential cabinet confirmations
Following his inauguration on Jan. 20, President Joe Biden started to assemble the most diverse Cabinet in United States history. The Senate has already confirmed Biden’s nominations for the core 15 positions; of the additional eight Cabinet-level positions, the Senate has confirmed six.
Of the 21 confirmed positions, Biden’s Cabinet is 45 percent female and is 55 percent non-white, making it the most diverse Cabinet in the country’s history. Previous administrations were significantly more white male-dominated with 18 percent female and 18 percent non-white individuals comprising Trump’s Cabinet; 36 percent female and 45 percent non-white individuals made up in Obama’s Cabinet. Additionally, Biden’s Cabinet has had more government experience than the previous two administrations’ with 95 percent having government experience while 68 percent and 86 percent of Trump’s and Obama’s Cabinets, respectively, had any.

We’re at a turning point in our history. America has practically adopted an official state ideology: Critical Race Theory (CRT), which holds that white privilege and racism are embedded in all institutions and cause inequality. Thus, practically unlimited government intervention is justified to remove racism. In practical terms, this means attacking whites, the group that created and sustains the United States.
One of President Joe Biden’s first acts was to eliminate the patriotic education project of the “1776 Commission.” Instead, teachers will promote Critical Race Theory and the “1619 Project” in public schools, and government bureaucrats will get official doses of CRT. SomeRepublicansare trying to keep Critical Race Theory out of schools, but I doubt they will succeed. Leftists are more aggressive than conservatives and are willing to hurt political opponents.
