Six candidates will compete for three open village seats in the election on March 16.
Facing off against multi-term incumbent Mayor Gary Hadden is challenger Jen Arena. And hoping to replace incumbent trustees Michelle Chalupa and Michael Crowley are challengers Corey Kelley and Jen Tipton.
“We want to bring the village government to the people,” stated Arena on behalf of her running mates, who call themselves Everyday People.
“We want to open the village government so that every resident feels they have a voice in today’s plans, and a say in the future vision for the village of Victor and its people,” she said.

Recognized for Closing the Gender Gap in AP Computer Science Principles Mercy High School in Middletown has earned the AP® Computer Science Female Diversity Award from the College Board for achieving high female representation in the Advanced Placement (AP) Computer Science Principles course.
Schools honored with the AP Computer Science Female Diversity Award have expanded girlsâ access in AP Computer Science courses. Mercy High School was one of 831 schools across the country recognized in the category of AP Computer Science Principles for the 2019-20 school year.
