Robinson-Cooke, also known as Ryan Ashamock, entered guilty pleas on six charges, including one count of assault with a weapon, three counts of assault, failure to comply with a condition of release to not possess any weapons and failure to comply with a non-communication order.

On the assault with a weapon offence, Ontario Justice Alain H. Perron sentenced Robinson-Cooke, who appeared by video from the Central North Correctional Centre in Penetanguishene, for the 35 days he has served in custody, which was credited at time-and-a-half to 53 days.
