Hello gentle readers, and welcome to the SwitchArcade Round-Up for January 8th, 2021. This ended up being a fairly quiet Friday in terms of new releases, but that’s a good thing because I spent half the day at the hospital. It seems like things will be getting back to normal next week, however. Still, there’s enough going on today that the entire eShop went down for a bit. Some kind of demo about killing big animals and wearing their faces as hats or something. There are a couple of new releases to check out, and a relatively big list of new sales to check out. Let’s get to it!

TT Isle of Man 2 on sale. I’ve only spent twenty minutes with it so far playing around with the controls. Switch’s lack of analogue triggers was an immediate issue; there’s no chance I’m putting up with jerky on-or-off acceleration on the default ‘ZR’.
