A Cumberland County couple charged with killing a 25-year-old last fall is now accused of beating their toddlers after they found them playing with a handgun last fall, authorities said.
Mechanicsburg residents Alan Williams, 27, and Crystal Dupert, 25, are being held in Cumberland County Prison on homicide charges for the Oct. 1 death of Andrew Konetsco at his Hampden Township townhome.

Lower Allen Township police were called to Viktoriya Aroushanova’s home in the 800 block of Lisburn Road on Jan. 1, 2020, for reports of a victim of a fall.
Officers found an elderly woman with severe injuries to her face and head, including cuts to her left ear and bruising and swelling to her right eye. Police did not release her age.
