Will Kansas State Telework Continue Post-Pandemic?
Officials are beginning to wonder if work-from-home flexibility after pandemic restrictions subside will be beneficial to their employees. For some agencies, working remotely has increased productivity and cost savings.

I was just like: OK, I ve had enough. I m going into the office so I can concentrate.
It is a feeling familiar to most everyone during the pandemic.
State agencies in Kansas must have a telework policy if they intend to continue allowing telework for their employees after June 13. Some believe telework can help agencies compete for talent with the private sector.
