Booker T Says He Gives Bad Bunny “WWE Superstar Status”
On the latest episode of the Hall of Fame Podcast, Booker T spoke about Bad Bunny’s performance at WrestleMania 37 last weekend. The Puerto Rican rapper teamed with Damian Priest to defeat The Miz and John Morrison]. Bunny did several high flying moves including a dive off the top rope onto the two on the outside, a Hurricanrana and a Canadian Destroyer outside of the ring on Morrison.
As someone who Bad Bunny wrote a song about, Booker T said he really appreciated seeing Bunny perform the way he did at WrestleMania. He said talking to him and knowing how big of a fan of wrestling he was in his youth, he knew he was going to surprise people with his performance.

WrestleMania 37, while not the best Showcase of the Immortals in WWE history, was one hell of a time and was actually much better than anyone expected it to be. With several outstanding 2021 WrestleMania matches, an electric atmosphere with tens of thousands of wrestling fans in the crowd for the first time in more than a year, and an overwhelming sense of optimism throughout, this yearâs big show was one for the ages.
While there was a lot of good, namely the two main even championship bouts, a potential match of the year with two longtime WWE standard-bearers, and some much need-improvisation, there were a few moments that would have been better off being cut from WrestleMania entirely. But hey, thatâs wrestling, right? Here are five moments I loved and five parts of WrestleMania that I personally donât think will end up on any Best of WrestleMania compilation on the WWE Network on Peacock anytime soon.

I’ve been a fan of professional wrestling for 30 years, which makes what I’m about to say hard to believe: WrestleMania has become too big.
Pro wrestling comes to Brainerd April 24
Pro Wrestler Franco Varga said it will be a great match with Aero Boy, as it will be an international clash that should occur in Madison Square Gardens in New York City.
“People are surprised that we’re doing it in Minnesota of all places,” Varga said. “But it’s just one of those things where the stars lined up and we re here. We re doing it for all the fans in Brainerd . This is a big match, but we re doing it for the first time in Brainerd at the Brainerd Exchange.” 7:00 am, Apr. 14, 2021 ×
