A counselling service based in Basingstoke is set to expand across Hampshire after merging with a nearby charity. Basingstoke Rape and Sexual Abuse Crisis Centre (BRASACC), which provides support for those who have undergone rape and sexual abuse, is merging with Community First, also known as RASAC, to create a combined service called Sexual Trauma and Abuse Restorative Therapy (START). It is hoped the merger will allow the service to expand into new areas such as Hart and Rushmoor. Kathy Wilson, Chair of BRASACC, said the merger was “a good fit” which would improve service for its users. Community First provides counselling for victims of rape and sexual abuse from its hubs based in Andover and Winchester, and already provides services in many of the areas BRASACC operates in around Basingstoke.
Woman shocked after man suddenly exposes himself over video call A WOMAN was left disgusted after a man performed a sex act on himself over a video call before offering to clean her son’s carpets. Craig Webb, 45, denied exposing himself to his victim after he was arrested, but was convicted of the charge following a trial at Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court. Appearing at the same court yesterday for sentence, Kathy Wilson, prosecuting, outlined how Webb had been known to the victim and had occasionally exchanged messages with her. In January last year, Webb messaged the woman to tell her he had started a carpet cleaning business.

Wilson insists she just likes playing scratch-off lottery games. ⦠and going to thrift stores.
While she usually plays the $2, $3 or $5 games, on a whim, she purchased a $10 scratch-off ticket at Butler One Stop.
To Wilsonâs surprise, she won the top prize of $250,000 in the Platinum Payout game.
She made a believer of her husband, Michael.
âMy husband always said, âYouâre wasting money.â I never took money away from anything, just my extra money,â she explained. âI like playing. Itâs something you can do by yourself.
âI almost never buy a $10 ticket. I stood at the counter and rubbed it off and seen that, and thought, âThatâs not right.ââ
