Cabinet approves establishing Artificial Intelligence Committee at MoTC  03 Mar 2021 - 16:03 QNA Doha: Prime Minister and Minister of Interior HE Sheikh Khalid bin Khalifa bin Abdulaziz Al Thani chaired today the cabinet s regular meeting held at its seat at the Amiri Diwan. Cabinet approved the draft decision establishing the Artificial Intelligence Committee. According to the project, a committee called the Artificial Intelligence Committee will be established at the Ministry of Transport and Communications (MoTC).  The committee consists of three representatives of the MoTC, among them the head of the committee, a representative of Qatar Computing Research Institute as a vice-president, and a representative membership of each of the Ministry of Interior and the Ministry of Education and Higher Education, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Qatar Science and Technology Park, Hamad Bin Khalifa University, Qatar National Research Fund and Qatar Development Bank.
