HomeBreaking News42 schools except three in Kandy open tomorrow 42 schools except three in Kandy open tomorrow 13 December 2020 10:08 am - 0     A total of 42 schools within the Kandy City limits, except for three which are currently closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, will be reopened tomorrow (14). The decision was taken following a discussion held on Last Friday (11) at the Governor office, on the prevailing COVID-19 situation in Kandy. Central Province Governor Lalith Gamage said the Zonal Education Director will inform the Heads of Schools accordingly. However, three schools; namely Thakshila Vidyalaya, Trinity College and Kalaimagal Tamil Maha Vidyalayam will remain closed. (Chaturanga Samarawickrama)
