CINCINNATI (FOX19) - A program director at University of Cincinnatiâs College of Medicine who faces felony child porn charges is set to appear in court Thursday.
John âNedâ Donnelly, 55, was arrested on Wednesday on two counts of pandering obscenity involving a minor.
Heâs accused of sending child porn on the internet to undercover deputies, according to the Hamilton County Sheriffâs Office.

Detectives said Donnelly sent undercover officers obscene images of young girls online and admitted to downloading and uploading child pornography, according to court documents.

CINCINNATI â A program director at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine was arrested Wednesday after he sent child pornography to undercover officers over the internet, according to authorities.
Investigators monitored John Ned Donnelly, 55, leading up to his arrest. Detectives said Donnelly sent undercover officers obscene images of young girls online and admitted to downloading and uploading child pornography, according to court documents.
