ISLAMABAD: The Capital Development Authority approved the map of Prime Minister Imran Khan’s Bani Gala residence after the PTI chief paid a fine of Rs1.206 million, The News reported on Monday.
The authority has regularised the premier s residence without completing the review of the master plan of Islamabad. It was approved under the amended Building Regulation 2020 on March 5 this year but was not disclosed publicly.

ISLAMABAD: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has approved the map of Banigala residence of Prime Minister Imran Khan without completing review of the master plan of the capital.
The residence of Imran Khan in Banigala has been regularised now, Jang reported. The map has been approved under the amended Building Regulation 2020. For approval of the map, the prime minister has also paid fine of Rs1.206 million.
According to the approved map, the prime minister’s residence has six bedrooms, drawing room, dining hall, playroom, office and reception. The map has been approved by the Building Control Section of the CDA. It was approved on March 05, 2020, but it was not disclosed publically. The CDA officials are of the view that it is not discriminatory treatment. ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Capital Development Authority (CDA) has approved the map of Prime Minister Imran Khan’s private residence in Bani Gala after Imran Khan paid a fine of more than Rs1.2 millions.
According to CDA sources, the map of the Prime Minister s house in Bani Gala was approved under the amended Building Regulation 2020. Imran Khan also paid a fine of Rs1.26 million for getting the map approved.
The approved map also includes 6 bedrooms, drawing room, dining hall, playroom, office and reception in the Prime Minister s house. The map was approved by the CDA s Building Control Department.
