Starbase, which the billionaire, 49, refers to, is something he mentioned in a Twitter thread
last Wednesday
. In it, he said he s creating the city of Starbase , near Boca Chica Village in Cameron County, Texas.
This is where he also has a private launch site and rocket production centre for his aerospace manufacturing company SpaceX.

Sharjah opens two new parks, including one for women only
Kshisha and Shaghrafa parks feature a wide range of facilities over a combined area of 147,700 square metres
The Sharjah Investment and Development Authority (Shurooq) has announced the opening of two new parks in the Al Rahmaniyah neighbourhood in Sharjah including a female-only park. All photos courtesy Shurooq
Kshisha Park is dedicated to families.
The parks stretch over a combined area of 147,700 square metres.
Shaghrafa Park is for women only.
Children s parks feature in female-only Shaghrafa Park.
Kshisha Park also features an artificial pond with a duck feeding station.
Jogging tracks in both parks are open 24 hours a day throughout the week.
