Govt Orders Major Reshuffle In Administration
SRINAGAR: The Jammu and Kashmir government on Sunday ordered transfers and postings in the administration.
According to Government Order No.344–JK(GAD) of 2021, Munir-ul-Islam, KAS, Director, Archives, Archaeology and Museums, J&K, is transferred and posted as Chief Executive Officer/Secretary, J&K Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board, vice Muzafer Ahmad Pir, KAS, who shall report to the General Administration Department, for further posting.
Rahul Pandey, IAS, Additional Secretary in the Lieutenant Governor’s Secretariat, holding additional charge of Director, Information, J&K, shall also hold the charge of Director, Archives, Archaeology and Museums, J&K and Secretary, J&K Academy of Art, Culture and Languages, in addition to his own duties, till further orders.

JAMMU: The J&K Government today ordered transfer and postings of 66 KAS officers.
As per an order issued by the GAD, Munir-ul-Islam, Director, Archives, Archaeology and Museums, J&K, has been transferred and posted as Chief Executive Officer/Secretary, J&K Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board, vice Muzafer Ahmad Pir, who shall report to the General Administration Department, for further posting.
Rahul Pandey, Additional Secretary in the Lieutenant Governor’s Secretariat, holding additional charge of Director, Information, J&K, shall also hold the charge of Director, Archives, Archaeology and Museums, J&K and Secretary, J&K Academy of Art, Culture and Languages, in addition to his own duties, till further orders.

Jammu: Lieutenant Governor, Manoj Sinha today called upon all stakeholders for doubling the efforts for branding and marketing of the local Agri-products, besides seamless extension of technology from Lab to Field for bringing long term and revolutionary changes in the agriculture sector.
Speaking during the inaugural ceremony of five days long Kisan Mela, the Lt Governor suggested to focus on strategic and professional approach for Branding and Marketing of local products to increase the income of farming community, and stressed for understanding the importance of Kisan Mela which can bring change in the lives of farmers.
