LISBON, Portugal The Harpers Ferry-class dock landing ship USS Carter Hall (LSD 50), operating as part of the Iwo Jima Amphibious Readiness Group (IWOARG), arrived in Lisbon, Portugal for a maintenance and logistics stop, April 30.
