Amy Winehouse, Ariana Grande, Madness and Bjork are among the artists whose rare and unheard music will be released for Record Store Day 2021.
More than 500 exclusive vinyl records will be issued for the event, which is taking place over two days (12 June and 17 July) due to the pandemic.
They also include a little-known Prince acoustic album, new music from Wolf Alice and two live discs by The Police.
It comes after vinyl sales hit a three-decade high of 4.8 million in 2020.
If the pattern continues, record labels will make more money from vinyl than CDs this year, for the first time since 1987, when Def Leppard, T Pau and Terence Trent D Arby topped the charts.

Published Apr 07, 2021Record Store Day has officially announced all the upcoming 2021 exclusives set to arrive this year. So if you ve been itching to see the full list, you ve come to the right place.
Due to the pandemic, the event will work like last year and is being divided into two RSD Drops, which will be taking place on June 12 and July 17.

While we’d all love nothing more than a party at our local record stores, large groups still aren’t the thing right now. However, in our eyes, those independently-owned community businesses remain essential and may still need the revenue brought in by the sales of those sought-after Record Store Day titles. So, this year, we will celebrate and support indie record stores the importance of their culture and their unyielding tenacity as we did last year, with two events, but with one list of releases, which we are proud to announce today.

Here are a few of the exclusive vinyl pieces to look out for: Pearl Jam will release their Ten classic, Alive, as a 12-inch vinyl single and on cassette. Both the disc and the tape will include the original promo single version of Alive, plus three B-sides, and a cover of The Beatles I ve Got a Feeling. Rage Against the Machine s The Battle of Mexico City will make its vinyl debut for this year s RSD. The set was recorded during the band s first show in Mexico back in 1999.
