NSW Police are hunting two men who stole a $400,000 inflatable boat from a marina in one of Sydney s most affluent neighbourhoods.
CCTV footage released today by marine police showed a white Volkswagen Amarok towing away the Ribco Seafarer 36 under cover of darkness at Rose Bay Marina, in the city s east.
Two men untied the 11-metre vessel, which is owned by a charter company, and loaded it onto the trailer of the ute at a nearby boat ramp.

A British national has been screened by immigration officials and placed into mandatory hotel quarantine in Sydney after his yacht, en route from Tahiti, started sinking off the NSW coast.
A 26-hour rescue operation began at midnight on Friday when NSW Police’s Marine Area Command received reports a 50-foot Beneteau yacht was taking on water 95 nautical miles off the coast of Newcastle.
The skipper was processed by Australian Border Force officials and escorted to a Sydney quarantine hotel by police.

A gruelling 26-hour operation ended in the early hours of Saturday morning when Marine Area Command (MAC) officers rescued the skipper and his sinking 50-foot yacht. MAC officers received reports at about midnight on Friday of a 50-foot Beneteau yacht taking on water 95 nautical miles (176km) off the coast of Newcastle.
