Caltrans Changes Last Chance Grade Schedule; Prepare for Two 4-hour Closures After July 6 Caltrans will introduce two four-hour closures from 8 a.m.-noon and from 3 p.m.-7 p.m. on U.S. 101 at Last Chance Grade starting July 6.
