Briefs Musicians labor charge dismissed The National Labor Relations Board has dismissed an unfair labor practice charge filed against the Fort Wayne Philharmonic by the American Federation of Musicians Local 58 and Fort Wayne Musicians Association. Philharmonic musicians will appeal the dismissal of this charge, a statement from the Philharmonic Players Association said Tuesday.
