Have you taken photos along any of the Lake Districtâs most Instagrammable Walks? Just in time for the late May bank holiday next weekend, a recent study has revealed the top 10 most Instagrammed walks across the Lake District. With further easing of Government Restrictions in the UK, more and more people will be venturing out of their local areas to walk in the beautiful Cumbrian countryside. So to provide some inspiration for families, friends, couples, or solo walkers, research, conducted by Shoe Zone, looked at popular walks across Cumbria, cross referenced with Instagram data, to see which walks give the most Instagrammable opportunities.

Snowdon s Llanberis Path has topped the the UK s most Instagrammable walks. The research, conducted by Shoe Zone, looked at popular walks across Wales, cross referenced with Instagram data, to see which walks give the most Instagrammable opportunities. And Mount Snowdown s Llanberis Path not only topped the Welsh list, but came out on top across the whole of the UK - with a whopping Instragram 1.4m posts. As the highest mountain Wales, standing at an elevation of 1,085m, it’s no surprise this walk tops the list with views from the summit spanning across Snowdonia, Anglesey, Pembrokeshire and even Ireland. Charlotte Maker, head of marketing at Shoe Zone, said: “With our daily walks one of the only things we’re getting up to at the moment, we wanted to conduct some research into some of the lovely walks that people are embarking on during lockdown.
A LOCAL walking route is included in the top 5 Instagrammed walks in Wales The research, conducted by Shoe Zone, looked at popular walks across Wales, cross referenced with Instagram data, to see which walks give the most Instagrammable opportunities. And the popular Llangollen Canal walk came in at fourth place, with a whopping 113,000 Instagram posts in relation to it.
Llangollen Canal. The walk combines stunning countryside as well as the magnificent engineering with the Pontcysyllte Aqueduct that carries the canal over the River Dee. Mount Snowdown s Llanberis Path not only topped the Welsh list, but came out on top across the whole of the UK - with Instragram 1.4m posts.
