Liam Dalton A MAN who sprayed bleach in the face of a rival in a butcher’s shop was then stabbed when his victim chased after him. Liam Dalton was left with a “gaping 8cm wound” when Dale Brown Cardiff Crown Court was shown evidence of how the incident unfolded on the afternoon of August 20 after Brown, 33, of Greene Close, Newport, who admitted wounding with intent and having a knife in a public place, was jailed for four years and six months. Dalton, 26, of Hendre Farm Drive, Newport, who pleaded guilty to administering a noxious substance with intent, was sent to prison for 12 months.

Quinton Airhart

Tue, 12/22/2020 - 6:45pm     Services for Quinton Airhart will be held Sunday, December 27. The family will attend a private burial at 1 PM. A memorial service will be held at 3 PM in the front yard of the Airhart Homestead. Arrangements are under the direction of Branon Funeral Home.     Quinton Elonzo Airhart was born February 15, 1941 to J.E. and Pearl Airhart. He was the fourth of six children and grew up in the Sparenburg community. Quinton was baptized at an early age in the Sparenburg Baptist Church.     He graduated from Klondike High School, where he met the love of his life, Sharon Vogler Airhart. They were married June 10, 1960 and were married 57 wonderful years until Sharon passed in 2018. They spent the first years of their life together living in the Knott community and farming cotton. They were members of the Knott Riding Club, where he and Sharon taught their daughters Elonna, Roxanne and Shelby the importance of community and developed thei

Police, firefighters rescue man from snowy Saratoga Springs woods after 911 calls; Became nearly unresponsive | The Daily Gazette SECTIONS SARATOGA SPRINGS – Multiple Saratoga Springs police officers rescued a man lost in woods late Friday night, trekking through three feet of snow to find the man and get him to safety, police said Tuesday. The rescued man was ultimately treated and released from Saratoga Hospital, but the cold and snow led him to be nearly unresponsive to dispatchers as officers and firefighters searched for him, police said. “Each first responder working that night played a crucial role in saving the caller’s life,” police said in a release.
