SARASOTA – For all the talk and overtures by the City Commission on Monday about the importance of the Sarasota Orchestra and the city’s desire to keep it in Sarasota, there was one thing noticeably absent from the discussion about revisiting an earlier decision not to allow a new concert hall in Payne Park: The orchestra itself.
