Developer Network Space has finished building its 172,000 sq ft speculative scheme in Salford and says it expects the site to be fully let in the coming weeks.
The industrial scheme occupies a 14-acre site on Ravenscraig Road in Little Hulton. It comprises six warehouse units – three detached and self-contained ranging from 29,500 sq ft to 61,000 sq ft, along with a terrace of a further three units ranging from 11,000 sq ft to 19,000 sq ft.
Network Space claims more than 100,000 sq ft is under offer currently, representing almost 60% of the site, and

The company’s development director Joe Burnett said: “We have seen a great level of interest in the scheme, which is testament to its quality and desirable last-mile location, as well as the depth in the market for this type of industrial space.
