Biden s new plan would offer students free tuition at all community colleges.

Under President Joe Biden s American Families Plan, the federal government would cover about 75% of the average tuition cost. The state would cover the rest. Students say the plan could help them keep their student debt down. I still live with my parents at the moment, so it s helping out, Breann Shelton said.
Shelton is a freshman at Calhoun Community College. She chose to go to a community college to help save money and says she likes Biden s idea of making the first two years of tuition free.

Very early one Sunday morning in the very late 1970s, I was behind the wheel of my truck with a couple of friends, parked outside of a country and western bar in Salina, Kansas, preparing for the drive home after a night of beer drinking and line dancing. Suddenly the doors to the bar flew open and a small cowboy burst out. He wasn’t your typical Kansas cowboy, he was Asian, quite possibly Japanese, and appeared to be about 5’6 and maybe 125 pounds. He gave his cowboy hat to a friend and proceeded to warm up with a series of kung fu moves. In those days, nobody called it martial arts. Everybody was kung fu fighting.
What makes a hit song memorable is often how it evokes certain emotions, typically big ones like joy, heartache and sexual desire.
On much rarer occasions, a tune gets released to the universe to evoke a chuckle, a raised eyebrow, a âwhat is that doing on the radio, and why do I like it?â
Those in the latter category are often called novelties or oddballs, or in more modern parlance, viral sensations. They pop up in every decade under different circumstances, sometimes capturing a pop culture zeitgeist or the publicâs momentary lunacy. None are featured in Rolling Stoneâs greatest 500 songs of all time.
GUILDERLAND, NY -Â Friday night will be jam-packed with Section 2, semi-final football action. Perhaps the most interesting game on the slate is the faceoff between Shenendehowa and Guilderland, a rematch of 2019 s AA title game. We re ready for any team. Guilderland is a good team and they ve been playing good this year, said Shen quarterback Brody Vincenzi. We just have to get off to a good start, like we did against Schenectady, and keep it going the whole game. We have to play 48 minutes of football.
Last week, second seeded Shenendehowa blew out Schenectady in the quarterfinals, 42-8. Guilderland, the top seed, was given a bye after their game with Saratoga was cancelled.

There is a wide range with regard to the quality of different calves produced from the dairy herd, which include pure-dairy males and crosses with the traditional beef breeds, as well as larger continental breeds.
