MEMPHIS, Tenn. Tennessee lawmakers are pushing for a third bridge from Memphis to Arkansas after the I-40 shutdown. It’s an effort that is gaining some renewed traction.
“We know we want it, we know we need it,” said Rep. Joe Towns.
