KENTUCKY (WFIE) - The Green River District reported 28 new coronavirus cases on Saturday.
Health officials say 15 of those new cases are in Daviess County, seven in Hancock County, four in Union County and two in Henderson County.
We’re told a previously reported case in Ohio County was determined to not have met the requirements of a confirmed case and has been removed from the total.
Out of the 21,218 reported COVID-19 cases in the district, health officials say 19,019 cases have recovered.

KENTUCKY (WFIE) - During the state’s coronavirus update, Gov. Andy Beshear announced 834 newly confirmed cases of COVID-19 and 17 additional deaths on Thursday afternoon.
Kentucky is reporting that 435,743 residents have tested positive since the start of the coronavirus pandemic. The positivity rate currently stands at 3.45% statewide.
As of Thursday, 6,302 people have died across the commonwealth due to complications with COVID-19.

KENTUCKY (WFIE) - On Wednesday, the Green River District Health Department reported one new COVID-19 related death and 35 additional cases.
Out of those cases, 19 are in Daviess County, nine are in Henderson County, three are in Ohio County, there are two in cases in both McLean and Webster counties.
The newly reported death was a resident of Henderson County.
The district has seen a total of 21,104 cases since the beginning of the pandemic. Out of those positive cases, officials say 18,962 residents of the seven-county region have recovered.
