Teams of beer and history fans will have the opportunity on Saturday (4/24) to explore brewery sites in Albany during what is being dubbed Albany History Race: Beers Through the Years, inspired by the Neighborhood Brew Tours series, developed by During the timed scavenger hunt, inspired by the CBS series “The Amazing Race,” teams will be given rolling starts from 10 to 10:30 a.m. at the Albany Pump Station and will have two hours to visit and take a team photo at their choice of nine of the 13 sites of historic Albany breweries on the tour, finishing back at the Pump Station, at Quackenbush Square in downtown Albany.
